Part 3 – Stretch!
We all many sources of stress in our lives. No matter the cause, it promotes tension in the body. The muscles are said to be in a hypertonic state; aka higher tension that normal. One way to combat that and release the tension is to stretch, and the perfect time to put ourselves in this relaxed state is before bed.

It doesn’t take much time- maybe 10 minutes, and before long it will just be routine.
