Far more than the average group fitness class, our program is individual coaching in a group setting. Workouts are different every day; intense; but altered for each participants level; designed to bring up all areas of fitness together.

The CrossFit experience starts with our Onramp program which includes three one-on-one sessions to start. Many new members also choose to do shadow classes as well which you can read about below. Our goal is to have you ready and confident to step into the group classes. Some are ready after the three sessions, others will do another 1-2, and some will continue with shadow classes for a couple of weeks.

Once you’re ready to start up with membership, there are two base options: 13x/month ($149) and unlimited CrossFit classes per month ($179).

From here, the first 90 days are critical to your success. You’ll meet with one of your coaches at 30 days and 90 days as outlined below.

  • All memberships must complete a minimum period of 3 months.
  • All cancellations require 30 day written notice via our membership cancellation form (available upon request)
  • Memberships will auto-renew, it is the responsibility of the client to notify staff if they wish to cancel


  • Should the need come up to put your membership on hold we will honour a maximum of 1 month (or 30 days) hold over the course of any 12 month period.
  • If you’re away travelling or on vacation we’ll also help you with some programming you can do with minimal equipment and check-in to make sure you’re staying on track. Just because you’re away from our gym doesn’t mean you should lose all the hard work you’ve put in!
