Far more than the average group fitness class, CrossFit is the most effective fitness program in the world, and our program is individual coaching in a group setting. Workouts are different every day; intense; but altered for each participants level; designed to bring up all areas of fitness together.


Your journey starts with one of our 6 Week Intro packages outlined below. If you’re not too sure what’s best, that’s what our No Sweat Intro is for. We’re going to help identify the most effective path where you can achieve the best results.


Once you’re through the first 6 weeks, monthly membership options are now available. If you wish to pair up classes with nutrition coaching or personal training to achieve better results, there are options for that too!
We can discuss options and the best path moving forward during your 6 week check-in meeting.


  • All cancellations require 30 day written notice
  • Memberships will auto-renew, it is the responsibility of the client to notify staff if they wish to cancel


  • Should the need come up to put your membership on hold we will honour a maximum of 1 month (or 30 days) hold over the course of any 12 month period.
  • If you’re away travelling or on vacation we’ll also help you with some programming you can do with minimal equipment and check-in to make sure you’re staying on track. Just because you’re away from our gym doesn’t mean you should lose all the hard work you’ve put in!
