We do this through expert teaching and coaching, utilizing the CrossFit method and proven strength and conditioning. Our training methods produce real, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from elite athletes, to children, grandparents and everyone in between.

We produce strong, fit, and healthy individuals. We allow CrossFit to expose our weaknesses, and turn them into strengths. We are located at 180 South Service Road, Stoney Creek, Ontario, just seconds off the Red Hill Valley Parkway and the QEW.

Outlaw North has a philosophy when it comes to fitness.  There are no shortcuts on the road to success (or fitness) in this case and we believe in teaching people the importance of longevity. CrossFit is an amazing training program if it is applied properly and Outlaw North has perfected the “Art of CrossFit”. Outlaw North’s brand of CrossFit is an EXCELLENT program with an emphasis on efficiency and mastering movement which all equate to getting very fit.  Our standards for coaching are the highest around and each class consists of a Coach-led Dynamic warmup or Mobility sessions, followed by work that leads into either a Strength movement or new Skill.  Once we have put in some hard work there it is on to the Conditioning where we rev up the heart rate.

A note about safety. Some of the movements are complex, and every CrossFit workout will test you. That’s why safety is always Outlaw North’s (and every one of our coach’s) first priority. Every workout is scalable, so you’ll always get a challenging workout, no matter your personal fitness level.

NUTRITION COACHING: What you eat has a lot to do with your success. Your coach will help you identify the right nutritional path.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Pick your coach and pick your time. Private Coaching can be schedule anytime during business hours when there is no group class.

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMMING: If you are training for a specific event your coach will tailor your program to meet the needs and demands you will see in your event or sport. This will help you gain a valuable edge over your competition.

The environment is more geared toward competition, and the programming follows a periodization built around the Ontario Weightlifting Association yearly schedule.
